House Rules

No visitors are allowed (regardless of whether or not they are staying overnight) and no parties. This is to respect our neighbours (noise travels easily in the Meadows) and our family home. Exterior driveway video cameras have been installed for your safety and security. They also allow us to troubleshoot with you if you have trouble accessing the house.

The space
Bathed in natural light, the living, dining, and kitchen areas grant endless views of Pemberton’s meadows and glaciers. Designed with customized comfort in mind, the home is well appointed with automatic blinds, high speed internet, radiant heating, and air conditioning. Using the built in Sonos System, enjoy music throughout the home, including while you relax in the bathtub built for two, outside on the expansive deck or from the hot tub which allows for unrivalled star gazing.

Located a short 15 minute drive from the quaint town of Pemberton and 45 minutes from the renown Whistler Blackcomb Resort, winter and summer activities are at your fingertips. Skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, horse riding, golfing, as well as world class dining experiences and shopping are all achievable.
Guest access
You will be the only guests in the house, and have access to the huge yard and surrounding farmland. The property manager will be nearby off the property to help with any questions.
Additional notes
Children can stay by request since the house is not child-proofed. There are sharp corners, wooden stairs without child gates etc. If you have concerns, let's chat and see if it's a good fit.

Check-out is before 11am

Winter access: You will have no trouble accessing the house in the winter, although we’d recommend driving an SUV. Also, please note that winter tires are the law in BC from Oct 1 to Apr 30. The roads will be cleared and paved from Vancouver all of the way until the property driveway and the driveway may be snowy but it will be plowed. In good weather, it’s easy driving all of the way to the house.
Guest interaction
Guests have full access to the fifty acre property. We provide up to date information on recreational activities, including linking up with local guiding companies for horseback riding, jet boating, canoeing, hiking, fishing, standup paddle boarding, paragliding, mountain biking, and snowmobiling.
Neighborhood overview
Pemberton Meadows is an incredibly beautiful and relaxing farming valley, just outside Pemberton town. We are located near the top of the valley.
In summer, there is incredible hiking, mountain biking, horse riding and other activities. Pemberton town has a farmers market once a week and some great restaurants.

In winter, you're a 45-minute drive to Whistler or enjoy cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and snowmobiling in the Pemberton area.

If it’s a clear night, stargazing on our deck is a favourite. Slip into the hot tub to keep warm
Horse riding with Copper Cayuse outfitters is really fun, I recommend the 3 hour ride. You go through the river - it’s awesome!
Stand-up paddle boarding down the Lilloeet river is fun! Book with mountain adventure company.
Make sure to have a beer and chill at the Beer Farmers. There is an amazing sunflower maze out there right now, don’t miss it!
If you’re after some adventure, check out the Green River Thriller jet boat ride up the river.... And hold on.
Canadian Wilderness Adventures offers a ton of fun tours (ATV, 4x4, snowshoeing, dog sledding, etc) for both Summer and Winter activities.
